And my point is. . on the end of a Needle

Fortunes have been made in such a short time with the onslot of technology. Yet the simple tools of eons are where I feel my fortunes should be made.
Needle & thread, fibre & color take me to the ZONE.
And yet I must use this technology to share it with more than the family under my roof.
Don't get me wrong, technology pays the bills and has for many many years. I have been a Computer based worker since 1981. Be it working in the Software industry or training upon the computer or even Hardware repair. The silicon wafer has been the unseen gremlin/goblin/brownie/fairy in our house that has provided hours of work, play and FRUSTRATION.
But the meager, mild and unassuming needle can only work when touched by human hands and that is where I enjoy my time to be spent.
Today begins a Blog to trace, share and explore my needleworks, ambitions and visions. Whether it will still exist in a year's time is anyone's guess.
