My Hat it has 3 corners

My Recipe for a Wednesday Night Dessert.
1 huge hat box full of hats
1 Camera
1 Nana
3 Grandkids under the age of 5
Sometimes the 5 year old doesn't want his picture taken. Sometimes the 18m old won't hold that "cute" pose long enough for the digital camera delay. Sometimes the 3 year old gets frustrated when he can't stack as many hats on his head as the 5 year old.
But if gently stirred and folded this should turn out a beautifully raised souffle.
